Rick Dicker is a supporting character in The Incredibles and a minor character in Incredibles 2. In the Golden Ages, he is the former boss of Buddy Pine and Edna Mode, the best friend of Bob Parr, and the commander and founder of the supers. He has lots of screen time in the first film but has a few scenes of screen time in the second film.
